For the shipment we use the service of DPD. Delivery times vary from 3 to 7 working days depending on the shipping address. You will receive the track and trace within 48 hours to your order.

In some cases, it may unfortunately take a little longer due to order pressure from us or DPD. One thing we stand for. And that is that you will always get your ordered product delivered.
If you have not received your order within 8 working days. Please contact our customer service.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an e-mail from us within 48 hours. In this e-mail you will find a tracking code with which you can follow your order on DPD. Haven’t you received an e-mail yet? No stress, it usually takes 2 working days to process your order. If you still haven’t received an e-mail, please contact us at info@orange-holland.com.

Entered a wrong shipping address?
No problem. Please send an e-mail to info@orange-holland.com as soon as possible. In some cases we can still change the address before it is processed.
As soon as your order cannot be delivered, the package will be sent back to you. Often we will contact you. However, it is possible that we will charge you for the shipping costs.
Changing or cancelling an order?
Because we have a fast delivery process it is possible that the order has already been processed by the sender. Therefore we cannot guarantee that you can still change your order. If you want to change or cancel your order, please send an e-mail to info@orange-holland.com.
Return conditions
Still not satisfied with the product? You have the option to return the product within 14 days of receipt. To do this, follow the steps below.
Sign Up
- Go to www.orange-holland.com/shop/contact and register your return
Packing
- Pack the products in their original condition and packaging in a box
- Place the completed return form in the box
- Stick the supplied return label on the box so that it is visible

- Keep the proof of shipment in a safe place
Refund
When do we pay back?
We will transfer the costs incurred by you (purchase costs and original shipping costs) to you within 14 days after cancellation.
What do you get back?
You will be refunded the full purchase price, including the originally paid shipping and payment costs.
Where will I receive the refunded amount?
We will refund the amount in the same way as you paid. Does this not work? Then we will contact you.
Costs for returning
The costs for the return shipment are for your own account. Are you returning a product because it is damaged or incorrectly delivered? Then we reimburse these costs afterwards.
Return
Make sure that:
- The articles are complete
- The articles must not be opened
- The items must be stored between 8 and 20 degrees, out of (sun) light.
- The items are in original, undamaged packaging
- That the copy invoice and return form are enclosed
Helpful hints
We try to process your return as soon as possible. Here are some useful tips.
- Make sure you pack the items well so that they do not get damaged during transport.
- To save waste, you can use the box in which we sent the product to you.
- Make sure the address label is legible.
Send
Take the package to a post office of your choice. Here you will receive a proof of shipment. Keep it safe until the return has been fully processed. This is your proof that the package has actually been sent and can be requested in case of loss during transport.
Handling
As soon as the return has been processed by us, you will automatically receive a message about this. Of course we try to do this as quickly as possible. Have you not heard from us after 14 days? Please contact our customer service.
